It truly is an honor to serve each and every family! My heart continues to grieve with the families with little ones in heaven! This year we took three full months off from attending births to rest and recover through the year so we could be at the top of our game and serve each family well. We also moved the practice to the sunshine state Florida and welcomed our first Florida baby in early December! Getting licensed in Florida was no small endeavor either, definitely more like a long prodormal labor that took a year!!!

We love when our families receive their babies into their own hands, which 17 mom or dads (or grandma) did, meaning I did not touch the babies as they came earth side, resulting in many more intact perinieums. Shortest labor was 28 minutes by one

2022 Redemption Midwifery Birth Outcomes! A year in review! THANK YOU to all the families who invited us in your hearts and homes as your families grew this year. It truly is an honor to serve each family! My heart continues to grieve with the families that lost their little ones! TWO stats I forgot to include: 1-5 families benefited from amazing doulas! We love our doulas and have so many wondering options in the area! 2-ONLY three moms had vaginal exams in labor! This was our first full year and includes taking three full months off from attending births and to rest in recover through the year so we can be at the top of our game and serve each family well!

We had one mom who had a home birth after a cesarean with a significant bicornate uterus. Super blessed to have been invited to share in the sacred birth of each and every baby in 2021. It's been such a joy to walk along side each of these growing families and watch many overcome some overwhelming circumstances. Pleased to share Redemption Midwifery's outcomes for 2021 and super excited for what's to come in 2022. I attended a total of 46 births in 2021, wrapping up my four year apprenticeship in October having attending a total of 170 births in those four years.
